How Ultraformer Works
Our most popular age management treatment, Ultraformer III (or sometimes referred to as HIFU), offers a no downtime, high-intensity solution to precisely target and stimulate every layer of the skin. Using sophisticated ultrasound technology, the treatment delivers finely tuned ultrasound pulses through the skin to induce “thermal injury,” initiating the body’s natural regenerative processes to contract collagen fibers and stimulate neocollagenesis, the formation of new collagen. This process helps to support the fat, muscle and skin structure. While the treatment does induce an immediate contraction of muscle and skin, the regenerative process continues to happen over the next 6 weeks, resulting in a gradual and subtle age management approach. This treatment is for those who don’t want to look over done, and perhaps want to avoid any more invasive treatment options.
