Receptionist was lovely. Adhered to Covid protocol with a polite and friendly approach. The laser consultant for my appointment was apologetic for the minor delay. It was my first appointment with her, so she introduced herself and confirmed the areas I wished to have done. She asked if I had any questions or any issues with the procedure prior.

My feedback is very positive. I’ve been getting my laser hair treatments at the clinic for almost a year. Throughout this time, I’ve found the service to be consistently pleasant and the laser hair treatments effective.
